The Gulf of Poets Lights Up at Sunset

As the afternoon light begins to warm, the Gulf of Poets prepares to reveal its most intimate side: that of a sunset experienced slowly, aboard a small yacht that moves through the waters of Portovenere at the pace of someone who knows every corner of this coast. Boarding takes place from the port of Marina di Fezzano, the same departure point offering views of the islands and bays that make this stretch of Liguria unique. With a capacity of up to 11 people, the atmosphere remains intimate and perfect for families or small groups of friends who want to experience the gulf at their leisure.

Your skipper, who personally knows every inlet of the gulf and is also a passionate chef, will accompany you throughout the evening, taking care of both navigation and cooking, with a first course prepared on board according to Ligurian tradition. The route is based on sea conditions: if the waters are calm, we'll sail beyond the gulf's mouth toward Byron Cave or Tino Island, while if the sea is rougher, we'll stay sheltered in the Portovenere channel, without missing out on the evening's beauty.

Along the way, we'll stop for a swim in the gulf's calmer waters, with SUP boards and snorkeling gear available for those who want to explore the seabed before the light changes. As the sun sets, aperitifs are served on deck as the sky lights up over Portovenere, before dinner on board, a convivial moment that ends the day peacefully, amidst the flavors of local cuisine and the last reflections of light on the water.
