1. What Merboat is

Merboat (merboat.com) is a free comparison site for boat rentals and yacht charters. We show boats offered on rental platforms we work with, currently Click&Boat, so you can compare them in one place. By using the site you agree to these terms.

The site is run by Alexey Narushev, a private individual, 40/7 Moo 3, Maret, Koh Samui, Surat Thani, Thailand. Contact: partners@merboat.com.

2. Bookings are made with the platform

Merboat is not a party to any rental. When you click a booking button, you go to the platform's website and book there: the rental contract, payment, cancellation, insurance, deposit and any disputes are between you, the platform and the boat owner, under the platform's own terms. For questions about a booking, contact the platform where you booked.

3. Listings, prices and photos

• Boat details, photos, descriptions, ratings and prices come from the platforms and are updated daily. They can change or become unavailable at any time.
• Prices on Merboat are starting prices per day. The final price, availability and conditions are shown on the platform before you pay.
• Prices in currencies other than the euro are approximate conversions.
• Descriptions are written by boat owners and shown as they are; we do not edit them.

We do our best to keep information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free.

4. Your account

An account is optional and lets you save boats and see your viewing history. Give accurate information, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that are used to abuse the site.

5. Acceptable use

Do not copy the site or its content in bulk, do not access it with bots or scrapers, do not try to break or overload it, and do not use it for anything unlawful.

6. Intellectual property

The design, texts and software of Merboat belong to us. Boat listings, photos and descriptions belong to the platforms and boat owners and are shown with their permission under our partnership.

7. Commission

Merboat is free to use. When you book through our links, the platform may pay us a commission. This does not change the price you pay.

8. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for the boats, their owners, the platforms or the rentals themselves, or for losses caused by inaccurate listing information or by the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

9. Links to other websites

The site links to other websites, including the rental platforms. Their content and terms are their own responsibility.

10. Changes and contact
