1. In short
Merboat uses what the site needs to work. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to see how the site is used. We do not use advertising or social media tracking cookies.

3. Cookies of other companies
- Booking links pass through the Impact affiliate network (impact.com), which may set cookies so that the rental platform can attribute your booking to Merboat. Once you are on the platform's website (for example, Click&Boat), its own cookie policy applies.
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) runs only if you accept it in the cookie banner. It shows us which pages people visit, where they come from and which booking buttons they click; Google signals and advertising features are off. Google acts as our processor; data may be transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Maps on boat pages are embedded from OpenStreetMap, and boat photos are loaded from Click&Boat's image servers. These services may receive technical data such as your IP address.
- Google and Facebook set their own cookies only if you choose to sign in with them.
4. How to control cookies
You can delete cookies and browser storage in your browser settings at any time. If you block the sign-in cookies, you can still browse and compare boats, but you will not be able to sign in. More about your data: Privacy Policy. To change your choice about Google Analytics, use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.
