The skipper takes care of everything. You can take the helm if you feel like it, or settle onto the teak deck and watch the coastline recede.
We sail along the coastline, stop in a cove with crystal-clear water, go for a swim, and return with the salt on our skin and the feeling of having stolen time. It's a first for many. It's often the start of a new habit.
