From the owner's trip descriptions

The owner describes the skippered trips on this boat like this — excerpts, as written.

Yacht Excursion to Balos Lagoon, Gramvousa Island & Menies Beach

Our tour to Balos starts as soon as you board our boat from the  old Venetian harbour of Chania ,offering you the chance to see  it from a totally different angle few have the chance to admire. Our first stop is Gramvousa island. We usually start early in the morning in order to be there before the packed, massive ships and avoid the crowds. You can either go up to the beautiful fort on the top of the island and admire the amazing view or enjoy the crystal clear waters of Gramvousa. An ideal spot for snorkeling, as there is  an old ship wreck, very close to the surface of the sea.
