Pig Island and Koh Tan: A Half Day on a Private Yacht

Pig Island, quiet reefs and a private yacht for half a day. This four-hour trip on a Princess 39 sport yacht takes up to eight guests south of Koh Samui to Koh Tan and Koh Madsum, two of the easiest and most rewarding snorkeling stops in the area. Pick the morning slot, 9:00 to 13:00, or the afternoon, 13:00 to 17:00.

Koh Madsum, better known as Pig Island, has a pretty beach and shallow water that is ideal for a swim and a stroll on the sand. Off Koh Tan, the reef is only a short swim from the yacht, with the snorkeling gear on board ready for you. Your captain and English-speaking guide choose the spots to suit the day's sea, so you spend your time in the water and on the beach, not in transit.

Back on board, the cockpit gives you sun or shade as you prefer, and the saloon below is there for a cool break. Fruit and snacks, soft drinks and ice are provided, along with a limited choice of complimentary drinks. Life jackets for all sizes are on board, and two fishing rods are available on request. Lunch is not included on this half-day, so bring a snack if you like. Island entrance fees are not included and are paid on site.
