Enjoy an extraordinary experience combining luxury, performance, and reconnection with yourself. Aboard a high-end private yacht, this sporty cruise immerses you in the world of freediving, led by Alexis, an instructor on the French and World Champion team—relaxation, breathing, exploration, and self-improvement in a sublime natural setting.

Departure is at 9 a.m. (or on Sundays, subject to availability) from Les Marines de Cogolin, with free private parking. Once on board, your skipper will quickly take you to the iconic headlands of the Var coast: Cap Camarat and Cap Taillat. At anchor, you will be introduced to relaxation and breathing exercises to prepare your body and mind for freediving.

Moored in a protected cove, surrounded by a wild Mediterranean setting. Accompanied by a top-level competitive instructor, you will discover cable descent techniques in complete safety. Still with Alexis, you'll enjoy freediving and snorkeling sessions in crystal-clear waters, surrounded by fish and breathtaking underwater landscapes.

Between dives, you'll enjoy the boat's amenities: towels, shower, cold drinks, paddleboards, and more. A healthy lunch can be served on board as an option (fresh, balanced products tailored to your sporting needs).
