About this trip
Former professional skipper charters his magnificent 2005 Dehler 47 racing-cruising sailboat, fully refitted in 2023/2024.
The boat is based in Le Marin, Martinique.
I have sailed in this region for many years and know it well.
Here is part of the list of new equipment installed on board this winter: Dyform rigging, tri-radial sails, all Raymarine electronics, service and engine batteries, retractable bow thruster, Sunbrella sun awning, 3.80m Honwave dinghy + 25hp, cushions and sunbeds, paddleboard, hydraulic swim platform.
The boat is equipped with all necessary safety equipment: New offshore life raft, new inflatable life jackets, new AIS B+, serviced fire extinguishers.
