And then there's a Palermo that can only be discovered from the sea: the one that for over 2,700 years welcomed Phoenicians, Greeks, Arabs, and Normans, transforming it into one of the most important ports in the Mediterranean.

Aboard Sikelìa, an elegant sailing yacht, we'll take you on an exclusive experience for up to 8 guests, where time slows down and every detail is designed to let you experience the sea with authenticity, elegance, and relaxation.

We'll set sail from the historic Cala di Palermo to sail along the Foro Italico, Monte Pellegrino, the Grotta della Regina, Addaura, Mondello, and the Capo Gallo Nature Reserve. As we sail, you'll discover hidden coves, crystal-clear waters, and some of the most spectacular views of the Sicilian coast.

The skipper will not only command the vessel, but also narrate a journey through the history of Palermo. As the wind fills the sails, you'll hear the story of the city's origins, the ancient Mediterranean routes, the legends of Monte Pellegrino, and the secrets hidden along this coast.

During the day, you'll have time to swim, snorkel, paddleboard, or simply relax, lulled by the sea.

At lunchtime, our chef will prepare a menu on board inspired by the finest Sicilian culinary traditions, using fresh ingredients and local produce, accompanied by select wines and beverages.

The Sikelìa Sailing Experience was created within TED Formazione ETS, a nonprofit organization committed for years to professional training and youth employment.
