The Gaiola underwater park is one of Naples' most evocative spots, located at the foot of Posillipo Hill. It is a marine area protected by an interministerial decree, and access is permitted only to authorized, low-impact boats. The area is not only of great archaeological importance due to its many Roman-era artifacts, but also of great biological importance, with a rich and diverse biological community that today fills this little jewel of the Neapolitan coast with life and color.
