The route follows the most spectacular caves along the Leuca coastline: the Grotta delle Tre Porte, with its three natural arches opening into a single immense cavity; the Grotta del Soffio, which breathes with the rhythm of the waves; the Grotta del Drago, with its stalactite jaws. The boat stops where the sea allows. You can slip into the water, swim inside the cavities, and feel small in the presence of something time built without hurry.

Then comes the sunset. At the exact point where the Adriatic and the Ionian meet, the sky changes colour and the landscape becomes something you don't forget. That's when the snacks arrive, along with our artisan spirits: a gin made from fig leaves, or a juniper limoncello carrying all the flavour of sun-scorched earth, or a seaweed version, saline and marine, built to be drunk exactly here.
