The boat can accommodate up to 9 people (adults and children), from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible schedule), or for a half-day trip.

If weather conditions make navigation unsafe, we will offer to reschedule your trip to a later date (subject to availability).

Rain alone does not constitute valid grounds for cancellation.

Cancellations are subject to the platform's general terms and conditions:

• 60% refund up to 30 days before departure;
• Click&Boat service fees and commissions are non-refundable.

A security deposit is required to cover any potential damage or loss of equipment (paddleboards, gear, etc.).

The deposit is made via a bank pre-authorization by Click&Boat before departure.
